We’re excited to announce two brand new wolves that are about to go on public display in the city.

The Fallen

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War an updated version of our wolf ‘The Fallen’ will be unveiled at 11am, tomorrow (Saturday 10 November) in the gardens of Wolverhampton City Archives*.

The wolf has been designed by Claire Darke and includes the names of local service personnel who gave their lives during World War 1.

*The city’s Archives are located at Molineux Hotel Building, Whitmore Hill.

Professor Heinz Wolff

The second new wolf ‘Professor Heinz Wolff’ will make his first public appearance on Monday 12 November, 11am at a pop-up shop in the Wulfrun Centre (opposite Iceland). Designed by local artist Meg Gregory, this brand-new wolf is named after the scientist presenter of the popular children’s TV show ‘The Great Egg Race’ from the 1970s and 80s.

Details of the pop-up shop are below.
